Do you also make no compromises when it comes to food? Then you are in good hands with us in the cosmopolitan Rheingasse in the heart of Kleinbasel. The local and bold brewing tradition comes to life at the Ueli Brew Bar. The converted guest room is decorated with elements from the Fischerstube brewery, which was founded in 1974 in the building next door. Thanks to our centrepiece, a 100-litre brewing system, we regularly brew exclusive beers in small quantities. These end up freshly tapped on your table.
The aroma of Ueli Bier-Treberbrot, which we produce in collaboration with the neighbourhood bakery Beschle, is in the air. The fine meat and sausage specialities from the butchers Jenzer and Mathis go well with this, as does a selection of cheeses from the Basel cheese pope Wirth or – for the big appetite – the legendary Brau-Bar Burger, also available as a veggie. If you would like to enjoy another drink, we offerregional wines and spirits, which can also be enjoyed as cocktails. The Ueli-Brau-Bar combines the open Kleinbasel spirit with the courageously lived brewing culture in the house.
