Ueli-Fonduest\u00fcbli from November 2026 to March 2027<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From 1. November 2026 until 31. March 2027<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Ueli-Fonduest\u00fcbli we serve different versions of the legendary Ueli beer fondue, which is produced by the well-known Basel cheese merchant Wirth. There is also the tasty Ueli-Bier-Treber bread, baked by Beschle on Claraplatz. The Ueli-Fonduest\u00fcbli was designed this year again by the well-known Basel illustrator Hamp\u00e9 W\u00fcthrich and offers authentic and unique Kleinbasel fondue fun for 32 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The limited beers are regularly brewed on the 100-litre brewing system in the guest room, which are served directly to the table in the Ueli-Brau-Bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
